About us

Joey, Steve and Michael created Frothy Beard to bring unique and unadulterated fun to the beer scene in Charleston. Opening in 2013 as the 10th brewery in South Carolina, Frothy quickly made waves with their fun flavors and creative events. In 2017, they moved to their second location in order to bring more fun and flavor to the lowcountry. With a large indoor tap room, 32 different rotating taps, events every week Frothy is the place to hang out with friends and family, grab a pint, some great food and enjoy life.
